4. Permits & Procurement

We coordinate permit requirements, material ordering, scheduling, and trade sequencing.

5. Construction

Crews execute the approved plan with jobsite standards, updates, and inspection coordination.

6. Final Walkthrough

We review the finished work, complete punch-list details, and close out only after the scope is complete.
